Synopsis:

When troublemaker Conrad and control freak Sally are left in the care of a boring babysitter, a human-sized, talking, hat-wearing cat shows up to give them a lesson in fun. But things get out of hand when Conrad accidentally unleashes a massive mess, and the kids and the cat must rush to clean up the disaster - and put a stop to their neighbor's nasty plans - before the children's mother returns.
